Ordered and was told it would be with us in 45 minutes. Called after 50 minutes and was told it was out on delivery. It then turns up 40 minutes later stone cold. We called them and said that we would pay part of it but was offered a 1 pound reduction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE USELESS AND RUDE PEOPLE. Would give 0 stars if possible.
We Placed & paid for our food order for delivery at 4.59pm to avoid the England football rush there was a wait which we understood, so delivery was due at 6.25pm. At 6.39 we called to check on our order to be told that firstly they had not even started it and secondly they were now not going to deliver as they were too busy. No call or email was sent to tell us this at any time?? But when we called the lady on the phone Just simply didnt care & offered no apology. Sadly this is not our first disappointing experience with Tiptree BBQ but as its a village business we try and support it.. we wont be from now on. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is hungry or actually likes to get what they ordered. Shocking service!
As usual ordered through Just Eat and sent a delivery time. Called after time had elapsed to be told they were not sending the order as they were busy!What an absolute pile of rubbish they are. Will never bother trying again and I hope they fail miserably!!
So inconsistent. Rude girl needs to learn to manners. As they have a captive market, due to location, they just don't try. I've had great food and service once! But it's not often the order is correct, let alone good. No point complaining, they plainly don't care
