Quick service and lovely chips
Food tonight was disgraceful! The kids nuggets were hard. Chips were burnt. Food was missing!! This is not the first time i have had this problem with food being missing or been given the wrong food. The service was also unprofessional tonight. Being looked at as if to hurry up while ordering and THEN when i return to collect the food that was missing being told that i hadnt actually ordered but yet was charged for it!!! Having to tell them my order again for them to find it on the till to then be told oh yes u did order it! RUDE!! And for the young lad to also deny he never wrapped my food when he was the only one doing that job while the other girl served with a face on her!! Iv used this chip shop for years. And tonight was utterly disgusting.
Personal service with a highly rated menu list and the friendly staff . This is backed up by the queues waiting to order the perfect dinner
