AVOID1300 and three attempts later to solve an electrical issue on my Vauxhall Astra and failed. Initially given false promises then fobbed of with some pretty lame answers/excuses. It was even suggested that I switch my ignition off then on again as it would probably clear my engine management light off my dash (ridiculous). The customer service front desk guy is literally clueless. I requested the fault diagnostic print out but was quickly declined. Hear I feel they have that large dealership mentality where there after a quick turn around for a quick profit anything else there not interested. A day later through the Royal Mail I received a new car sales brochure but it even had the previous owners name on it to my vehicle (screams incompetence). If you need your Vauxhall fixed after my experience here I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere !! !! FELT EXTREMELY LET DOWN GUYS !!

Ordered a used Astra on the Monday and it was arranged with the salesman to collect the car the following Friday. When I arrived as arranged I was basically told the car wasn't ready as they were behind, that I would have to come back to have it serviced, there was no MOT and it hadn't been valeted either, in fact the car was nowhere to be seen. I had not been contacted in any way to inform me that the car wouldn't be ready. The salesman even offered to drop the new car off and swap for my old trade in at my place of work whilst I wasn't there at a later date. Not the stuff of a main dealer. In this case, I feel very let down and dissapointed by the service and attitude, hence why I cancelled the order and all the salesman could say was 'OK' no apology or anything, wouldn't recommend Underwood's I'm afraid.
Am looking to replace my vehicle. The salesman was really friendly but not not pushy. Provided lots of useful information. Will definitely go back for a test drive when ready to make a purchase.
