Shambolic Service & ExpensivePut my Mondeo in for a basic service & MOT late December 2017. Service - Fine, MOT another matter. Required new rear springs & work to remedy faulty passenger door lock and a few minor items. This work took 3 days to complete (the springs were difficult to remove, heaven forbid) & ended up with a bill for almost 600.The passenger door has stopped working already, so I asked my wife to pop in & arrange for the fault to be fixed again. Apparently it was only a 'quick fix' to get it through the MOT. Well, usually when you're asked to remedy a fault with a vehicle you'd want more than a 'quick fix' and last more than a few weeks. Will not be returning to Bluebird garage as they're obviously greedy gannets after a quick buck & have no interest in backing up their over the top charges with decent customer service.
