I have had 2 encounters in the elctrical shop now where the older lady and younger lady are exceptionally rude i thought in the summer it was a one off but returned today to drop off a parcel to be left standing and greeted with a awful look of disgust as i walked through the door. No customer service at all shame because there are nice people that work in the other shop and this shop. I am local and feel i will now not return.
Price matched products and exceptional customer service and delivery every time. Knowledgeable staff make shopping a breeze.
Spent 2 evenings searching for an item at the best price, I found it on here and placed an order Was expecting it in the post when I got an email saying they had none in stock!Dont sell it on your website then if you want to be taken seriously as a business. I love buying from small companies but when things one this happens you just end up buying off the corporate more reliable companies. Annoying as now have to go online and buy it all over again!!!!!

Both the home store and electrical store excel in personal service. The electrical store will match any price and the home store has everything a cook cold ever want as well as things you didn't even know existed. A real asset to Tiptree.
