Service was horrendous. Many months ago I came in for my phone to be serviced.. just little did I know that an employee of Tiptree Computers was secretly having an affair with my wife ! Since then, me and George have settled our issues, but this doesnt change the fact he smashed a hole through my iPad . After it was smashed I fell for another one of their deceiving scams. Said they would fix my iPad, did the complete opposite. Got it back in an absolute state !!
I use Tiptree Computers for the majority of my PC/Laptop requirements. George and Scott are superb at what they do. Always friendly, very knowledgable and never let you down on parts or services.

Please note Jamie Andrew is a false name, it is a young boy who bought in a phone that was cracked and had been clearly dropped. he and his family tried to blame us in order to get us do the work free of charge. when we wasn't willing to bow to their little game. the boy (who will remain nameless out of respect) decided he would come in, take several items off of our shelves and attempt to walk out. we dealt with the situation as any business would. We bend over backwards for our customers and will continue to do so. But we will not tolerate thieves. Many Thanks
