Receptionist lacked basic manners, went there to ask about the time frame for the earliest appointment and felt like an I was an inconvenience- don't they realise that it's a service I'll be paying for?!
Dentist & Hygienist work is Great, but the reception and booking needs to be better. They have full books and their customer service shows that!I am pretty sure that, if these staff were treated in this manner they work they would not like it.
Been going since 2003. And that's despite living a 2 hour drive away for the last 9 years. That's because I trust them and they've never ever let me down.
