Nice shop. Tad expensive. But it does do some lovely bits which change quite often. Tea rooms is next door + also a little museum which is free to have a look around. Nice food here in the restaurant + cakes!
Gorgeous cream Tea in a lovely location. It is great that you learn about the history of Tiptree Jam and purchase from their array of items in the store.
A great selection of tasty, aromatic, and other items from a local family owned business. Today we bought sauces, honey, gin, a jam spoon, vegetable crisps, and fruit juices. Quick service and reasonable prices. Did not have time to visit the tea room or museum. May check out what they sell online.
We only used the shop this morning looking for a present for friends. The shop has a great range of Tiptree Jam products, far more comprehensive than you will find in other shops. The cafe is a lovely little oasis as well, eat in or outside. For historic vehicle fans there is an interesting little collection of farm machinery and vehicles associated with the works. There is also a small museum describing the history of the factory. Highly recommended.
